Born June 18, 1933, in Metropolis, Illinois, to the late Russell and Leta (Allen) Tomlin. She was retired from American Electric in St Louis; she enjoyed shopping and crocheting.
Survived by her loving family which includes a son, Daniel White of Festus, MO; daughter, Rhonda Stark of DeSoto, MO; 4 grandchildren: Joshua, Jason, Jennifer and Austin; and 4 great grandchildren: Ashlynn, Kendall, Madison and Riley. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Herman E. White, on May 13, 2009.
