LEFT: In memory of GEORGE THOMPSON, yost., of Pitmedden, second son of GEORGE THOMPSON junior, born at Aberdeen, 29th August 1836, died at Pitmedden, 30th November 1904; and of his wife, MARY, second daughter of the late JOHN STEWART of Banchory and Leggart, born at Aberdeen, 18th January 1839, died at Pitmedden, 17th July 1915, and of his son, GEORGE, born at Dunbar, 10 July 1905, died at Aberdeen, 5th February 1966; and of his wife, REVA PRICILLA RABY, died at Aberdeen, 23 April 1978. Until the day break.
CENTRE: In memory of GEORGE THOMPSON, Junior of Pitmedden and Rainnieshill, Lord Provost of Aberdeen from 1847 to 1850, Member of Parliament for the City of Aberdeen, from 1852 to 1857, born at Woolwich, 23rd June 1804, died at Aberdeen, 11 April 1895; and of his wife, CHRISTIANA LITTLE youngest daughter of the late Professor JAMES KIDD, born at Aberdeen, 12 September 1806, died there 17th January 1874; and of their children, AGNES ELIZABETH, born at Aberdeen, 3rd November 1841, died there h January 1844; and JAMES KIDD, born at Aberdeen 6 January 1849 at Pitmedden, 17 November 1870.
RIGHT: Also in memory of STEPHEN THOMPSON, of Hamilton Terrace, London, eldest son of GEORGE THOMPSON, junior, born at Aberdeen, 7 June 1833, died at London, 26th July 1877; and his wife, CATHERINE MARY, daughter of the late JOHN PETER KNIGHT, born at London, 7th June 1831 died at London, 24th October 1906; and their infant daughter, born and died at London, 28th May 1871.
