Delbert Ray Lindwedel, 61, of Fontana died Nov. 27, 2006, in Fontana as the result of an accident. Born in Colusa, he was a former longtime Mid-Valley resident, before settling in Fontana 20 years ago. He was a driver and served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.
Survivors include two brothers, Louis Lindwedel of Colusa and Donald Lindwedel of Hemet; and five sisters, Estella Pamliburton and Maxine Mosley, both of Yuba City, Olga Pittman of Oroville, Lucille Estabrook of Bandon, Ore., and Eithel Adams of Accokeek, Md.
Services: A memorial service is scheduled at 11 a.m. Monday at Sutter Cemetery, 7200 Butte Ave., Sutter. Arrangements are under the direction of Stanley L. Dickey Mortuary in Fontana.
