Nell retired from Ideal Electric and was a member of the Mansfield Freewill Baptist Church. She was very creative and talented in all sorts of needle craft, loved gardening and traveling ~ having traveled to at least 44 of the States, camping along the way but her greatest joy was spending time with her loved ones.
Nell was a very loving person who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
Nell is survived by her husband of 58 years, Walter Robinson, Jr; a son, Randy (Sue) Robinson of Mansfield; two daughters, Charlene (Mike) Rock of Mansfield and Ruth (David) Deal of Butler; nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren; a brother, Joseph Thacker, Jr. of Grayson, Kentucky; five sisters, Hazel (Bill) Sowders of Vermillion, Ohio, Christine Flannery of Mansfield, Wanda Fay Young of Robbins, Tennessee, Barbara Sue West of Mansfield and Augusta "Gusty" Poffenbaugh of Mansfield; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins; and her faithful dog, Buttons.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Calvery and Paul Thacker.
The family expresses gratitude to the attentive, loving care from the staff and nurses of Crestwood Care Center. Also, more than words can express, Nell's loved ones appreciate the prayers, love and support of friends, neighbors and her wonderful church family.
