Margie (Grannie) Sims, 85, of Jefferson City, Tenn., passed away Wednesday (Oct. 2, 2013). Preceded in death by husband, Donald B. Sims; several brothers and sisters. She was a member Faith Baptist Church. Survived by children, Don and Shirley Sims, Ron and Sandra Sims, Tina Bond; grandchildren, Katy and Matt Davis, Susannah and Jason Lawler, Sabrina and Geoff Kredich, Kelly Berry, James and Robin Bond, Erica and Dale Kozacek; seven great-grandchildren; sister, Mae Ditmore; brothers, Creed and Jerry White, Roger and Paula White; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2013 at Farrar Funeral Home. Family will receive friends from 6 until 7 p.m. prior to the service. Interment will be in Marietta.
