Patrick is survived by his loving brothers, William F. McDermott and Larry F. Duffy; loving grandfather, Fred Koenig; beloved companion, Rosita Cantu-Valdez; also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Patrick was a loving, caring friend. He was an avid motorcyclist, riding to many places across the country to race and spend time with family and close friends. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 30, 2014 from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Tezak Funeral Home, 1211 Plainfield Road, Joliet.
Services for Patrick will begin on Wednesday, October 1, 2014 with a visitation from 10:00 a.m. until the time of funeral service to be held at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel, Certified Celebrant Ken Plese officiating.
Interment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
