Samuel Glenn Lambert, age 71, a resident of the Irvine Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, passed away Saturday, September 27th at the Marcum and Wallace Memorial Hospital after a long illness. He was born February 22, 1943, in Estill County, the son of the late Forster and Ella Jo Brinegar. He was a self-employed painter and had lived in Estill County most of his life. He is survived by:

Funeral services will be conducted Monday, September 29th, 11 AM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. Beverly Arvin with burial to follow in the Congleton Cemetery. Friends may call from 6-9 PM Sunday at the funeral home.
