HUTCHINS - Patricia Hudeen, 82, wife to the late Bill Hutchins, passed away Friday September 26, 2014. Pat was born to the late Joseph Hugh and Emma Celeste Clemons Bradley in Nelson Co., KY on August 20, 1932. Besides her husband of 61 years and her parents, she was preceded in death by siblings, Alice Janet, Joyce Angela, Mary Elizabeth, William Keith, and Joseph Fredericks, along with grandchildren, Angela and Eric Ash, and great-grandchild, Tristyn Fields. Pat relocated to Louisville in the '50s after her marriage to Bill. Pat trained and worked briefly as a nurse's aide and after working as a homemaker and mother to her eight children she worked as an in-home caregiver for the elderly. She was active in St. Basil, St Denis, and Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Parishes. She loved to travel, dance, and sing with her children and grandchildren. She is survived by her eight children, Gail Young, Debbie Fields, Brenda Alluisi, Michael Hutchins, Brad Hutchins, Daniel Hutchins, Stacy Carter, and Kelly Utterback and their spouses as well as eleven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She will also be missed by siblings, David Bradley, Gloria Meredith and their spouses and families. A funeral Mass will be held Tuesday at 10 a.m. at Mary Queen of Peace, St. Denis Parish. Visitation will be Monday 2-8 p.m. at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 4400 Dixie Highway.
