Roland Joseph Richard, Jr. passed away on 25 September 2014 in Baton Rouge. He was a resident of Baker and a U.S. Navy veteran. He worked for several decades as a pressman for Capitol City Press, Baker Printing and Moran Printing. His interests included fishing, firearms, dog breeding, and films. He bowled with Metro Bowl league for several years.
He is preceded in death by Roland Richard Sr., father; Elva Richard, mother; Dolores Kersey, sister; Geraldine Badeaux, sister.
Visitation will be on Monday, Sept. 29, 2014 from 5pm to 8pm at Charlet Funeral Home, Inc. in Zachary. Services on Tuesday are pending. Burial will be at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Baker.
