Miss Mary Virginia McLaughlin, 84, one of the oldest native-born residents, died late last night at her home, 202 Fulton St. A daughter of Henry McLaughlin, native of Belfast, Ireland, she was the last of her family. Her mother was the former Harriet Spitter of Washington Co., Md. A number of nieces and nephews reside in the West. Miss McLaughlin was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church from which the funeral will be held Friday at 9 a.m. The Rev. James I. Bifield will officiate. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
