Suggested by FAG #48674934:
One of 123 people killed in the 1929 Cleveland Clinic fire. The fire started in the basement of the hospital and was caused by nitrocellulose x-ray film that ignited when an exposed light bulb was too close to the film. The fire generated poisonous gas that suffocated victims.
