MUSCATINE, Iowa - Marion I. Pryor, 94, of Fulton, Ill., and formerly of Muscatine, died Thursday, Jan. 10, 2008, at Harber Crest Nursing Home in Fulton.

Burial will be held at Greenwood Cemetery.

Casketbearers will be Rodney Kirk, Jr., Taylor Wheeler, Dalton Wheeler, Colby Wheeler, Tracy Wheeler and Charles Lewis, Sr.

Marion Inez Browning was born on Dec. 15, 1913, in Louisa County, the daughter of Beard F. and Mary E. (Shaughnessy) Browning. She married Raymond R. Pryor on March 26, 1933, in Rock Island, Ill.
He died in 1982.

She worked as a button sorter at J & K Button Company for several years. She was a member of Faith United Church of Christ and the Order of the Eastern Star, and enjoyed cooking, reading, traveling, camping and spending time with her grandchildren.

Mrs. Browning will be deeply missed by her grandchildren Michael Terrill of Clinton, Kathy (Charlie Sr.) Lewis of Fruitiand and Michelle (Tracy) Wheeler of Letts; great-grandchildren Rodney Kirk, Jr., Taylor Wheeler, Dalton Wheeler, Colby Wheeler, Charlie Lewis, Jr. and Stephanie Birkinbine; great-great-grandchildren Damian Kirk, Chaz Houseman, Dakota Birkinbine, Savannah Birkinbine, Chale Lewis and Elsie Lewis; and two sisters. Bessie Corder of Muscatine and Dorothy Hauser of Hot Springs, Ark.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; one daughter, Donna Terrill; a grandson; two brothers, Marlin and Tommy; and five sisters, Eleanor, Nola, Cynthia, Maxine and Myla.
