She was born Sept. 3, 1927, in Parkersburg, a daughter of the late Walter R. and Lena L. Hull Braham. Wanda was a member of the Lubeck Church of Christ and worked as an office manager with several different businesses in Florida. She was a member of the Veterans Ladies Auxiliary in Florida.
She is survived by her son, Timothy E. Richards of Nashville, Tenn.; brother, Emmer Braham and his wife, Jenoise, with whom she resided in Lubeck; grandchildren, Nathan and Dustin Richards; nieces and nephews, Lois Ann Ripley and D.J. Morris and her husband, Rob, Phillip Braham, Karl Braham and Angela Braham; great nieces and nephews, Ryan and Kayla Morris and Sarah and Suzzane Ripley; and sister-in-law, Shirley Braham of Joliet, Ill.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd H. Richards; and two brothers, Blaine Braham and Walter Ray Braham.
Funeral services will be 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at Kimes Funeral Home, Parkersburg, with Evangelists David Newberry and Steve Fuchs officiating. Burial will follow in the Foley Section of Evergreen South Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
