In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Jared (Dusty) and Dallas Roger Jr. (D.J.) Kemp; maternal grandparents, John Edward and Mary Lou (Clark) Anderson; paternal grandmother, Wilma Jean (VanHorn) Kemp.
Surviving are his father, Dallas (Roger) Kemp; sister, Teasha Horne; paternal grandfather, Dallas Kemp; maternal great-grandmother, Rosa Clark; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and one nephew.
Services were held at Kelly-Kemp-Braido Funeral Home, with Pastor Brent Hopper officiating.
