The Funeral of Ira Foster, who died at Providence hospital Wednesday afternoon after a brief illness, will be held from Challacombe's chapel tomorrow afternoon at 3, interment in Evergreen cemetery. The deceased was a member of the Vermont infantry, enlisting in 1863 serving four years to the end of the war. A niece, Mrs Fanny Savage, resides in Everett and two sisters live in Vermont. The funeral service at the grave will be in charge of the G.A.R. veterans. Mr. Foster was 77 years old.
