Paul Fay Wilkerson 84, of Owensboro, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, September 16, 2014, at his home surrounded by his family. He was retired from N.S.A. He was born to the late Rossie and Lillian Wilkerson. He was preceded in death by a sister, Juanita Wilkerson; and his brothers, Gene, Charles, Darrell and Rossie Jr. Wilkerson. He liked being outdoors, deer hunting, mowing his yard, and working on lawn mowers. He dearly loved his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He loved taking his family to Windy Hollow at Easter.
He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Bernadine Wilkerson; his children, Pam Evans, Reta McPherson, Joel Wilkerson, and Jeff Wilkerson; grandchildren, Scott (Stephanie) Evans, Chad McPherson, Lee (Shannon) Evans, Kara (John) Miller, Logan Wilkerson, and Savannah Wilkerson; great-grandchildren, Max Evans, Zachary Evans, Tanner Miller, Chance Evans, Kinleigh Miller, Abby Evans, Graham Miller, and Baby Reed Miller who is on the way; his sisters, Martha Rose Towery, Wilma Evans, Mary Joan Walton, and Betty Sue Peacock; and a brother, George Wilkerson.
Services will be at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 18, 2014, at Owensboro Memorial Gardens Chapel. Visitation will be from 2:00-8:00 p.m. on Wednesday and after 9:00 a.m. on Thursday at Cecil Funeral Home in Whitesville, Ky.
