She was born December 23, 1918, in Sharp County, Arkansas, the daughter of the late William Neely and the late Lottie (Sauls) Neely.
Nina worked for Douglas Automotive in Detroit, MI. and was a homemaker.
She is survived by her daughters; Judy Jackson of Russellville, Arkansas, Betty Smart of Romance, Arkansas, and Sarah Smith of Sherwood, Arkansas. 7 grand-children and 10 great grand-children.
Nina is preceded in death by her husband Thomas Jewel Duncan, son Charles Duncan and her parents.
Funeral services were held at Wortham Oak Hill Chapel in Highland, Arkansas. Interment was in Williford Cemetery, Williford, AR.
