She was born in Paynesville, Ohio on October 8,1957 to Joyce and William Denno. Veronica grew up in Rutland, Vermont with her 5 siblings, Mary, Bruce, Earl, Diana and Debbie. Her family moved to Northern Virginia where she completed school at Oakton High School in Vienna.
She held Administrative positions at several local companies including a role at the Pentagon in DC. She was also an amazing stay at home Mom for 10 years. Veronica was a loving daughter, loyal sister, caring mother, doting grandmother and fast friend. Her smile was as big as her heart. She was a great cook and loved to sing to whatever was on the radio.
She was survived by her three daughters, Susan, Katherine and Gina; and was Grandmother to Emma, Alex, and Ethan.
Funeral arrangements will be held graveside at 10am on Friday August 22, 2014 at Chestnut Grove Cemetery in Herndon, VA.
Reception to follow at the Silver Diner in Reston. All are welcome.
