EUGENE T. FRANKLIN, SR.
DIED: September 23, 2014
LOCATION: LOUISVILLE, Kentucky
Eugene T. Franklin Sr., 73, died suddenly Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at the Norton Hospital Downtown, with family and friends surrounding him.
He was a member of Antioch Baptist Church, retired from Ford Motor Co., a part-time employee with Kroger Co, and a member of 82nd Airborne Division.
Mr. Franklin was preceded in death by his son Eugene "Todd" Franklin Jr.
He is survived by his wife, Beverly Johnson Franklin; two daughters, Andra "Neecie" Carroll, and Erin "Toyia" Franklin; two grandchildren, Tyler and Julian Carroll and a host of family and friends.
Visitation: 11:30am – 2pm Saturday at Antioch Baptist Church, 3315 Dixie Hwy, with the funeral service to follow at 2pm.
Burial will be 10am Monday, September 29, 2014, in KY Veterans Cemetery, Radcliff, KY.
