Carl C. "Dick" Miller, 68, 704 Tippy Drive, Marion, died at 8:53 P.M. Tuesday in Marion General Hospital.
Mr. Miller was born in Bloomington and lived in Marion for 45 years. He was a stationman at Indiana Michigan Power Co. He was an Air Force veteran of World War II and was a member of the Van Buren American Legion Post 368 and the Samaritan Lodge 105 F & AM.
He is survived by his wife, Esther; two sons, Richard, Marion and Phillip, Aloha, Oregon; two brothers , Lewis Marion, and Charles, Anderson and two grandchildren.
Services will be 1 P.M. Friday
According to Carl's mother Mary D. Miller: She was too sick to name this son so she but her finger in the phone book and the name was "Carl Clinton." Her father, Calvin Kugler said, " I don't care what you name him, I am calling him Dick."
