Adolph Urban Was a Ensign in the United States Naval Reserve, assigned to the Patrol Bombing Squadron 124 (VPB-124).

Adolph was KIA on the Mission when they were shot by AA Fire over the Southern Coast of Korea on 27 June 1945, he is honored with a Purple Heart, Good Combat Ribbon, Good Conduct Medal, Expeditionary Medal, American Campaign Medal, Navy & Marine Presidential Unit Citation, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal, WW II Victory Medal.
