FINAL SERVICES HELD FOR CHESTER CRACRAFT
Emery Chester Cracraft, 68, died Saturday morning at his home near Abigail. He had been seriously ill for about seven weeks. Mr. Cracraft was born in Robertson County on Oct. 16, 1886. He was a son of James W. and Elizabeth Boswell Cracraft. During his life­time of successful farming he made a great many friends who remember him for his sense of humor and ready wit. He is survived by his widow, the former Mary Kate Henson. The couple had no children. The deceased also leaves five sisters, Mrs. Julia Saunders, Fleming County; Mrs. Emma Cracraft, Robertson County; Mrs. Gracie Orme, Mason County; Mrs. Annie Collins Maysville, and Mrs. Lydia Boswell Aberdeen, O. Rev. E. Swan officiated at the funeral services held at Bethel Church Monday afternoon. Burial was in the Bethel cemetery. Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Kain and Kabler Funeral Home.
