Phyllis J. (Eff) Nelms, passed away peacefully in her home, on July 16, 2014. Born February 12, 1923, to Harrison and Anna Eff.
Preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence; and daughter, Laura. She was survived by daughters, Anna and Dorothy Nelms; sons, Paul and Lawrence Nelms; grandchildren, Cole Marentette, Layla Thomas, and Heather Sasse, and six great-grandchildren.
There will be no visitation and services are private. The family suggests contributions to Hospice of Northwest Ohio in lieu of flowers.
