Dies After
Short Illness
Mrs. Daisy Lee Johnson, 68, died in a Shreveport hospital early Wednesday after a short illness.
She is survived by her husband, J.W. Johnson of Minden; two sons, I.E. Johnson and O.D. Johnson, both of Minden; two sisters, Mrs. Sam Sanders, Springhill, and Mrs. Floyd Knight of Magnolia, Ark.; two granddaughters and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. Thursday in the Green-Kleinegger chapel with the Rev. A.E. Brown officiating, assisted by the Rev. E.J.G. Carter with burial in the Minden cemetery.
