Mrs. Allen went to Oakland early in September and was taken ill late last week. She was the widow of the late William Allen, who died about five years ago.
Mrs Allen had lived in Montesano for 4 years, coming here from Kansas in 1888.
Mrs. Allen is survived by six sons and a daughter, Charles of Montesano, A. R. and H. B. of Tacoma, T. Q. of Gridley, Kan., Ralph o Graham, Glen of Oakland and Mrs. C. Y. West of Seattle.
The body will be brought here Saturday morning and the funeral will be held from the Church of Christ at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon, Rev. R; L. Shelley of Olympia officiating.
Burial will be in Wynoochee cemetery.
