She was born January 21, 1943 in Evansville, IN, the daughter of Felix William and Sallie Helen (Brumblay) Arnold. She married John W. McCormick June 19, 1965. She was a member of the Carmi First Christian Church, retired school teacher, housewife, mother, and business administrator.
Surviving are her husband of 49 years John McCormick of Carmi; two daughters and sons-in-law Aliza Anne and Daniel Nagelhout and their children Anna and Garrett Nagelhout of Plymouth, MI, and Shannon Kathleen and Ed Dzyngel and their children McKayla and Connor Dzyngel of Livonia.
