MUNCIE--Eddie L. Cook, 41, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, August 2, 2014 at I.U. Ball Memorial Hospital. Eddie was born in Paris, IL, on July 29, 1973, the son of Donald Edward and Donna Sue (Frye) Cook.
He attended Southside High School. Mr. Cook worked for over 18 years remodeling homes.
Survivors include the mother of his child, Dianna Cook, Muncie; two sons, Deven Cook and DaRon M. Hill, both of Muncie; a granddaughter, Alayna Marie Cook, Muncie; two brothers, Steven Lewis and William Mifflin; four sisters, Robin Smith, Kimberly Harsha, Tammy Schauer, and Nicolette Cook; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Donnie Cook, Jr.; four sisters, Caroline Cook, Holly Cook, Cindy Joyes and Melody Grinder.
Services will be held 1 p.m. Monday at Parson Mortuary with Doctor Collins Glenn officiating. Burial will follow in Beech Grove Cemetery. Friends may call from 12 to 1 p.m. Monday at Parson Mortuary.
