He is survived by three daughters, Brittney, Solonia and Clarion Adams; three sons, Frederick and wife Ashley, Armstead and McLain Adams; and two brothers, Shederick Adams and wife Claudia and Roderick Adams and wife Tasha.
Preceded in death by his mother, Doris J. Adams, and father, Armstead Adams; sibling, Larry Adams; grandmothers, Ethel Adams and Lucille Dunny; grandfathers, Williams James, Eddie Adams Sr. and Isiah Dunn Sr.; and granddaughter, Brooke Lynn Adams.
He was a 1974 graduate of Capitol High School.
