Born in Rabun County March 3, 1930, she was the daughter of the late John M. and Beulah Bramblett Watts. She was a public school teacher in Cobb and Dekalb Counties, having taught first graders from the 1950’s until retirement. She was a member of the Rocky Grove Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by two brothers John Floyd Watts and Ralph Watts and by a sister, Ruth Watts Howard and is survived by two sons, Jim Bell and Jerry Bell; one brother, Max Watts and one sister, May Watts Smith.
