Renee Turner Allison, age 50, of Bristol, Tennessee passed away on Friday, September 19, 2014 at Wellmont Hospice House, Bristol, Tennessee.
She was a daughter of the late Maurice Turner and Shirley Simcox.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dean Mullins; and her maternal grandparents, William and Blanche Sparger; and paternal grandparents, Ronnie and Edna Turner; and maternal great grandmother, Vervie Gates.
She was of the Baptist faith. She was a free spirit and loved life to its fullest.
Renee is survived by her son, Garnett Wayne "Little Bill" Allison, III of Bristol, TN; two Sisters, Elizabeth Turner Charles of Bristol, TN, Stacey Turner Boatright of Blackshear, GA; one niece, Candice Bondurant Peery of Bristol, TN; and one great niece, Jade Peery of Bristol, TN.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12 Noon until 2:00 P.M. Saturday, September 27, 2014 at Oakley-Cook Funeral Home & Crematory.
