He was a son of the late Marion and China Tolson Spencer born in Campton, Kentucky on March 25, 1956. Phillip is survived by his wife, Joann Dunn Spencer of Rogers, Kentucky; one son, Jeffery Scott Spencer of Rogers, Kentucky; one daughter, Misty Lynn Pope (Micheal) of Lexington, Kentucky; one brother, John Spencer (Carla Jo) of Stillwater, Kentucky; two sisters, Margie Brewer (Ron) of Campton, Kentucky and Tina Spencer of Rogers, Kentucky; one daughter-in-law, Chastity Spencer Profitt and four grandchildren, Phillip John Spencer, Jarrett Scott Spencer, Breanna Michelle Spencer and Hannah Aubrey Pope. He was preceded in death by one son, Phillip Allen Spencer, II and his parents, Marion and China Tolson Spencer. He also leaves behind a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
