Marilyn Ruth (Bennett) Perkins, 73, died at the Pleasant View Nursing Home in Concord.

She was the daughter of Floyd J. Bennett and Metta Adah Deering.

She lived in Groveton, NH. In 1954 she moved to Concord where she lived until 1963, she then moved to Weare, NH. She attended schools in Groveton, graduating in 1954. She graduated from Pierce Business College in Concord, NH in 1956. She then worked for Merrimack County Savings Bank for 7 years, from 1956-1963. In 1964 she went to work for Concord Hospital where she worked for 36 years, retiring in 2000.

She attended Groveton Methodist Church and then Bow Mills United Methodist Church.

Marilyn enjoyed spending time with her family, reading, doing crafts of all kinds and music.

Survivors include her daughter, Pamela R. Bosteter of Minnesota City, MN; her son Timothy A. Perkins of Bow; two granddaughters; two grandsons; one great grandson; one sister, Florence B. McKibben of Schenectady, NY; and one niece Delta Marie G. Fox.

The Bennett Funeral Home, Concord, handled the private arrangements.
