Patricia Ann Stacy, age 78 of Wolford, Virginia passed away on Friday, September 19, 2014, at the Heritage Hall Nursing Home, in Grundy, Virginia.
Born May 3, 1936, in Buchanan County, she was the daughter of the late William and Thelma Hensley Myers. She was a former employee of Buchanan General Hospital in the cafeteria.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Stacy ,
one son, Douglas Lee Stacy, and one brother, John Myers.

Funeral Services for Patricia Ann Stacy will be held on Sunday, September 21, 2014, 2PM at the Virginia Funeral Home Chapel at Grundy Virginia, with Tim Lester officiating, with burial to follow in the Wolford Cemetery at Wolford, Virginia.
The family will receive friends Saturday evening at 6 PM at the Virginia Funeral Home with a service held at 7 PM.
