He married Helen Faye Lawrence of Grandin MO on August 23, 1959 at The Old Webb Farm near Hunter Mo. Frank joined the Army spending 20 years of serve from 1959-1980 taking his family around the world .

Frank lost his wife March 17, 2001 , soon after her death he moved in with his brother James Myron Webb near his daughter Dee Webb Sparks. The last 5 months of Franlkin Peirce life was spent at his daughter Michelle Webb Mandry home in Mayfield KY. His death finally brought him to rest next to his wife Helen in Hunter MO.
