Survivors include: husband, James Fields of Johnson City, TN.; three sons, James Fields Jr. of Johnson City, TN., David Lee Fields of Johnson City, TN. and Roy Lee Fields of Rocky Top, TN.; six daughters, Nancy Hensley and husband Rick of Flag Pond, TN., Barbara Wilson and husband Mike of Johnson City, TN., Sarah Johnson and husband Darrell of Lenoir City, TN., Ida Johnson and husband Allen of Elizabethton, TN., Lori Shepherd and husband Mark of Watauga, TN. and Betty Nickles and husband Joey of Elizabethton, TN.; four sisters, Ida Hyatt, Jean Jackson, Betty Bailey and Phyllis Fields; twenty four grandchildren; and a host of great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
