He was also a member of Precious Blood Catholic Church.
Joe is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Susan Zimmerman; aunt, Patty Jo Sands of San Diego, California; mother-in-law, Isabelle M Brow; 4 sisters-in-law, Rebecca (Dale) Edwards, Catherine (Jerry) Drake, Josephine (Ron) Venable and Marie Brown; many nieces, nephews and friends, Joe Brown.
