Justin "Bubba" Barnes
June 28, 1995 - September 15, 2014

Justin David Barnes, AKA “Bubba”, was born June 28, 1995. He earned a true set of wings on September 15, 2014. Bubba entered this world a very small determined little boy, at only 5 pounds.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Arvery and Leslie Barnes; as well as his baby sister, Allison Matilda.

He is survived by his mom, Joann York and ‘Poppa J” Jason York of Lewisville. Dad, David Rimmer of Denton. Siblings Tiffany Mischelle, Candice Renee and Zachary Shane.

Bubba made an impression on anyone that he came in contact with. Being the giving person he is, he made the decision to become an organ donor. He was able to share his heart, lungs, eyes and possibly his kidneys. Most importantly he will be able share his skin with the military. This meant more to him than I can express. Bubba enjoyed fishing more than anything! Followed by baseball, Nascar, hunting, four wheeling in the mud, listening to music and playing video games. Being the baseball fanatic he was, the New York Yankees was HIS team. When the Yankees played the Rangers, the family feud was on. Most of all he enjoyed just being an overall redneck.

Bubba meet Ashley, who changed his world forever. Ashley is a rare find! In a very short period of time, she changed his entire outlook on life. We never thought we would be hearing him making plans for marriage and a family. True love is hard to find and a true blessing! Bubba you will be forever missed! We love you!

Bubba’s funeral service will be held at 4:00 on Monday September 22, 2014 in the Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. James O’Dell officiating. Burial will follow in the Sanger Cemetery. A visitation will also be held from 5-7p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.
