Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, September 23, 2014, at Memory Chapel with burial to follow at Myrick Cemetery.
Mrs. McGill was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald M. McGill; parents, Charles B and Nona Maxson Boutwell; two sisters, Vernelle Stewart and Maxine Creek; and a twin brother, Glenn Ray Boutwell.
Survivors include son, Donald Gene McGill and wife Melodye of Louin; daughter, Donna M. Bass and husband, Terry of Laurel; two grandchildren, Samantha Bass and Collin McGill; and two sisters, Nona Gaye Weldy of Decatur, Alabama and Verlee Slaton of Laurel.
Visitation will be held at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, September 23, 2014, at Memory Chapel which is in charge of the arrangements.
