Floy Fern Powell, 88, passed away on September 19, 2014. She grew up in San Bernardino and graduated from the high school. She was employed by Fox Theater as a teen and for worked for over 15 years in the Treasures office in San Bernardino City Hall. In her latter years, she did billing for Doctors.
Fern is survived by her husband of 40 years, Lloyd Powell; daughter, Debbie Powell and her husband, Cliff; her grandchildren, whom she adored: Aaron and his wife, Allison; Chara and her husband, Andrew; Timothy and his wife, Katie; and Kristen; also four great grandchildren: Kaitlyn, Mackenzie, Owen and Dylan.
The memorial will be private. Burial will be at Riverside National Cemetery. October 21, 2014
