Connie Ann Stewart, 48, of McHenry, MD died Wednesday, September 16, 2014.
Born February 23, 1966, in Pittsburgh, PA, she was the daughter of Margaret Ann “Peggy” (Heibert) Stewart and the late William Edward Stewart, Sr.
She was also preceded in death by a brother, William E. Stewart, Jr. and a sister, Sandra L. Stewart.
Connie was currently employed with Taylor Made Deep Creek Vacations as a housekeeper. She also worked as a bar tender for Smiley's Fun Zone, McHenry; The Boardwalk, McHenry; Black Bear Tavern, McHenry; McClive's Restaurant, McHenry; Red Run Lodge, McHenry and the Long Branch Saloon, Oakland, MD. Connie was a member of the Elks Lodge 2481, Oakland.
In addition to her mother she is survived by a daughter, Emily Nicole Holland, Oakland; two brothers, Thomas A. Stewart and wife, Kathy E., West Mifflin, PA; James A. Stewart and wife, Angela K., Oakland; nieces and nephews, William Stewart, Bethel Park, PA; Tina Stewart Pittsburgh; Michele Evans, Havre De Grace, MD; Melissa Stewart, Owings Mills, MD; James Stewart, Jr., Oakland.
Friends will be received at the Newman Funeral Homes, P.A., 1100 Memorial Dr., Oakland, on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Services will be conducted in the funeral home chapel on Saturday, September 20, 2014 at 10:00 a.m.
Interment will be in the Garrett County Memorial Gardens, Oakland.
