Scott Weston Bradford, 49, passed away in his home surrounded by loved ones.

Scott was born April 24, 1953 in Richland, WA to B. Blain and Dorothy W. Bradford. He married Gayle Greenwood Sept 1, 1978 in the Manti LDS Temple. Scott spent his life in service to his community, church, and family.

He is survived by his wife, Gayle; children, Weston, Scott (currently serving in Nicaragua Managua LDS Mission), Sara, Quin, William; parents, Blain and Dorothy; sisters, Margaret (Gerald) Tischner, LuAnn (Robin Marcus) Bradford; brothers, Blain (Barbara), Barlow (Jean); nieces and nephews, all whose lives are richer through their association with Scott.

Scott excelled as a student and an athlete. He used his ability as a star basketball player and coach to influence for good hundreds of young athletes. He served as a missionary in West Germany. In and since that time Scott has fulfilled a variety of callings for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Professionally he worked for several large accounting firms. Following recovery from his first stroke, he set up his own tax practice where he intelligently and lovingly served several hundred clients.

Services will be Wed. May 29, 2002, 12 noon, Sandy Lone Peak LDS Stake Center, 11570 S. Wasatch Blvd. Friends may call at Goff Mortuary 8090 S. State Tues. 6-8 p.m. or Wed. at the church 10:45-11:45 a.m. Burial, Larkin Sunset Gardens.
