1960 - 2014
Kathy Frith Nelson Lee, 54, went to be with her Lord on Saturday, September 13, 2014 after a hard fought battle with ALS.
Kathy was a member of East Brent Baptist Church. Her gift to this world was her work in pediatric nursing where she served and loved for 30 years. Twenty of these years were at West Florida Pediatrics with the remainder of her service at Emerald Coast Pediatrics in Pace.
Kathy loved Auburn Football as well as field trail competitions for her and her husband's labs. She was a native of Selma, AL but had been a resident of Pensacola for 49 years.
Kathy is preceded in death by her father, James W. Frith, who passed in 1962.
Kathy is survived by her husband, Marty Lee; children, Heather and Taylor Nelson; stepson, Martin Lee; grandchild, Kaylin Holley; parents, James and Erline Wiggins of Cantonment; sisters, Kim Ryals,Kay Harker, Katy Wiggins; and niece, Kelsey Harker Anderson.
Visitation will be at Pensacola Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Tuesday, September 16, 2014 from 10 AM till the service begins at 11 AM. Dr. Dale Patterson will officiate.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions be made to the
charity of your choice
or to ALS.
