Smith, Bridget Keller,

59, gloriously released her spirit and shed the earthly confines of her body on September 15, 2014. She was surrounded by the love of her family at her crossing.

Born the fifth of seven children to Dr. Kenneth Frederick Keller (deceased) and Sue Ann Wynn Keller, she is survived by her husband, Greg Smith; her three children: Tony (and Samantha) Smith, Brandon Smith, and Lauren (and Jess) Hall; her six siblings; 14 brother/sister-in-laws; 29 nieces and nephews; and 21 great-nieces and nephews; and her ever-faithful canine companion, Wrigley.

Bridget was a truly compassionate spirit and loved all things family, all things dog and all things music. She was a founding member of the Kentuckiana Ukulele Society and was also a published writer and songwriter. A Louisville native and alumna of Mother of Good Council and Sacred Heart Academy, she was never without a smile to give and a laugh to share, nor family or friend to share it with.

Her funeral Mass will be noon, Friday, September 19, at St. Francis of Rome Catholic Church, 2119 Payne St. with burial to follow in Cave Hill Cemetery. -
