Frank I. Bland, 89, of Yuba City died June 19, 2004, at Yuba City Care and Rehabilitation Center. Born in Sevier County, Ark., he was a Yuba-Sutter resident for 35 years. He was a service station owner for Shell Oil Co. and a member of the Twin Cities Church of Christ.
Survivors include his wife, Alice G. Bland, two sons, six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Services: A graveside service is schedulede at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday at Sutter Cemetery, 7200 Butte Ave., Sutter. Arrangements are under the direction of Ullrey Memorial Chapel.
