Michael Steven Wilburn, 37, died Saturday, Sept. 13, 2014.

Arrangements are by Griggs-Schooler-Gordon Funeral Directors, 5400 S. Bell St.

His ashes will be spread at a later date in Red River, N.M.

Michael Steven Wilburn was born Aug. 4, 1977, in Amarillo to Michael Glen and Cindy Wilburn. Mike loved his family and friends and enjoyed life to the fullest. He was a 1995 graduate of Palo Duro High School. He was a great man, dad, son and friend and will forever be missed and loved by all who knew him and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his father, grandmother, grandfather and great-grandmother.

Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Cindy and Marty; six children, Shelby, Katy, Matthew, Nicholas, Boston and Joseph; a sister, Trudy; his grandmother, Beanie; and nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and many friends.
