Lodge to Hold Rites for Ogdeii Lawyer OGDEN—Final rites for Alfred Whitman Agee, 87-year-old dean of the Ogden legal profession, who died late Tuesday in a local hospital of ailments Incident to age, will be conducted Friday at,2 p. m. in Aulto- rest Memorial mortuary chape! by Ogden lodge No. 5, Independent Order of Odd Fellows. S. J. Morrison, noble grand, will preside, with William Doyle, degree captain, directing the funeral ritual. A former lieutenant governor of Nebraska and a former judge of Second district court, Mr. Agee had practiced law since 1878. He was born in Indiana November 18, 1850, to Alfred and Clara Louise Gordon Agee. Mr. Agee had resided in Ogden since 1904, when he came west as an attorney for the Union Pacific railroad, and retired from active practice in 1936. Cremation will be in the Aultorest Memorial crematorium. Friends may call at the mortuary chapel Thursday evening and Friday from noon to 1:45 p. m.
