Ron Stewart, 39, of Sugar Hill, Ga., suffered a heart attack while working out at the gym Jan. 9, 2006. He was born Nov. 27, 1966, in Germany.
Ron was a 22-year resident of Salinas, attending Salinas High, graduating in 1984. He had been residing in Sugar Hill, Ga. and was assistant manager for Publix Grocery in Lilburn, Ga. He had been actively involved with the Gwinnett Baseball Association as a coach for more than seven years. Ron will be remembered as a husband, father, son, brother, friend, coach and Stephanie's everything. Now he is our guardian angel. He will be greatly missed. Until we meet again.
Survivors:Wife of 16 years, Stephanie Gaddis Stewart of Sugar Hill, Ga.; daughter, Jordan Stewart; son, Ronnie Stewart of Sugar Hill, Ga., mother, Sharon Santiago of Buford, Ga.; brothers, Roger Stewart of Florida and Bob Stewart of Georgia; sister Stacy Stewart of Georgia; father-in-law, Robert Gaddis and mother-in-law Diana Orfanides; brothers and sisters-in-laws, Dirck and Jennifer Van Ost of Prunedale and Michael and Elizabeth Lashkoff of Salinas.
