LEWISPORT - Bruce Bradford, 72, of Lewisport died Saturday, June 21, 1997, at his home. He was born in Manchester, Ohio, and retired as a riverboat captain from Indiana-Michigan Electric Co. He was a member of Lewisport Baptist Church and the Masonic Lodge.
Survivors include his wife, Hazel Bradford; two sons, Ronnie Pogue of Chesapeake, Va., and Larry Bradford of Cloverport; a daughter, Debbie Bradford of Henderson; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a brother, Maurice Bradford of Manchester; and two sisters, Ruth Creamer of Apopka, Fla., and Sara Jo Morton of Mount Vernon, Ind.
Services are at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Taylor-Raymond-Spear Funeral Home in Lewisport. Burial will be in Cloverport Cemetery. Visitation is after 3 p.m. today and after 8 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Masonic services will be conducted at 6:30 p.m. today at the funeral home.
