Inez Miser, affectionately known as Granny, went home to be with her Lord on Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2015. She was 100 years old and ready to unite with family and friends who had gone before her.

Funeral: 11 a.m. Monday at First Baptist Church Euless, 1000 W. Airport Frwy., Euless, 76039.

Interment: Shannon Rose Hill Cemetery.

Visitation: The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. to service time Monday at the church.

Memorials: Her memory may be honored with a gift to the Miracle, First Baptist Church, P.O. Box 400, Euless, Texas 76039. Inez was born in Bonham on Nov. 23, 1915.

She was the oldest of 11 children. She grew up on a farm and helped take care of her brothers and sisters. She married Walley Miser on July 27, 1934. They were married for 51 years prior to his death in 1986. Inez will be remembered for her faith, her love for her family and her giving spirit. Throughout her lifetime she was active in her church, the last 31 years spent at First Baptist Church in Euless. Inez was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend with many talents. She was a true homemaker who loved cooking and baking for others. She enjoyed growing flowers and working in her garden. She was an excellent seamstress known for her attention to detail. She liked to travel and had been on many trips with her family and church groups. During her lifetime she taught Sunday school, sewing classes and cake decorating classes. She also enjoyed painting, crocheting, knitting, making quilts and playing 42. She bowled in a league until she was 95 and was an avid fan of the Rangers.

Survivors: Her daughter, Gaynel Tyson; granddaughters, Kay Tyson and Karen Millican and husband, Tim; great-grandchildren, Tyson and Kella Millican; and her sisters, Wanda Bryant and Frances Penny and husband, Jack.
