Gary Phillip Parks - age 67 of Pensacola, FL (formerly from Loudon, TN) passed away peacefully Saturday, September 6, 2014 in Pensacola FL. Gary was a former member of Calvary Baptist Church, Lenoir City TN and served on the Bus Ministry there for many years. Gary served in the U.S. Marine Corps, Camp Lejeune NC from 1965-1971. Gary was an accomplished artist, and worked in various parts of the U.S. and World as a Consultant to the Textile Industry.

He is preceded in death by his loving parents, Reverend G. Jack Parks and Margaret Snider Parks. Survived by his devoted wife, Helen Parks, Pensacola FL; children, Phillip Parks, Dayton TN, Jacob Parks and Patrick Parks, Lenoir City TN, Kaylee LeAnn Parks, Asheville NC; Grandson Gabe Parks, Loudon TN; sisters Carole Leonard, Shirley McDaniel and husband Glen, Darlene McNabb and husband Garry, Marlene Conner and husband, Donnie all of Lenoir City TN, Debbie Henderson of Loudon TN; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends may call at their convenience Click Funeral Home Lenoir City. Family and Friends will gather at the funeral home by 3:30 p.m., Monday September 15th and proceed to Lenoir City Cemetery for graveside services at 4:00 p.m., with Reverend Brent Forsythe officiating. Military honors will be conferred by the Loudon Co. Veterans Honor Guard.
